Traditionally known as Wulu (meaning Jade Cloud), this early spring harvest green tea hails from the Hubei Province of China. Grown on high mountainsides, it is nurtured by the clouds and cool mist. After picking, Jade Cloud is finely rolled, pan-fired, oven-baked, and then hot-air-roasted to capture the nuances of flavor reminiscent of early spring.
