For more than 800 years in the mountains of the Fujian Province of China, night-blooming jasmine flowers have been used for their luxurious scent. They are picked in the early morning hours, and in the evening they are mixed with fine green tea. Upon nightfall, the blossoms open and infuse the tea leaves with their soothing fragrance.
