A nod to the traditional flavors. The cabbage and carrot remind us of traditional sauerkraut and the earthy tones of fennel, caraway and dill seeds call to mind grandmama's dill pickles.This is a great kraut for Reubens & Brats but is happy to stand on it's own as well.
