It is highly unusual to find an Oolong tea outside of China and Taiwan, as the processes are often kept a secret of the region. This extraordinary tea, however, is from Thailand. One of the first Thai Oolongs that crossed our cupping table, it is a stunning example of a darker, more oxidized Oolong tea with a beautiful, dark-red infusion.
