This natural processed coffee comes from Utcubamba, one of the seven provinces in the Amazonas Region of Peru. Named after the Utcubamba River which cuts through the province, creating steep cliffs and a collection of hot springs. Grown at elevations of 1500-1750 masl by the El Palto Cooperative, this certified Fair Trade and Organic coffee has notes of Mission fig, red grape, and dried orange. This light roasted coffee is full bodied with an intense finish.
