Light medium roast. No burned beans here… This coffee blend is perfectly balanced, and works equally well as a strong espresso shot and also as a drip-fed brew (especially cold brew). Sold as whole beans which have been lovingly hand roasted in small batches. This blend contains a medium roast from Nicaragua, a light roast from Peru and a citrusy medium roast with a honey sweetness from Colombia.
