The Carrick Rosé is crafted from hand-picked Organic Pinot Noir grapes, from our lower terrace of our vineyards. The fruit is gently pressed, then the juice ferments using a wild yeast and ages in barrel for a couple of months before bottling. It is dry in style, with hints of fresh strawberry and red cherries.
