The wine will age magnifcently. There is no need for food matching... this is a wine that needs to be matched with an occasion. Think along the lines of Sunday morning breakfast with Puccini booming out of the stereo....or in front of an open fire in a cabin in the mountains... or at the seaside as waves crash into shore and a storm is about to roll in....
