2015 Rose of Wilyabrup
This fruit was hand harvested and sorted before being fermented in ceramic egg. It was made in the traditional French Saignée method after spending around four hours on skins. This is a delightful wine for sunny afternoons and is perfect for luncheons at any time of the year.
