This semi sweet white wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Moderate conditions with very few excessively hot days prior to harvest contributed to overall excellent fruit quality. This wine was produced from grapes grown on the Cullen and Mangan vineyards in Margaret River. It is composed of 84% Sauvignon Blanc & 16% Semillon and showcases the amazing quality of the 2014 vintage.
