Kölln crunchy multigrain Fleks® are a crunchy whole grain extrudate on multigrain basis, in which all the ingredients come from ecological cultivation: (exception: iodized salt). They are rich in zinc, magnesium, iron as well as vitamin B1 and as crispy multi-talented on cottage cheese or yogurt, in muesli, cookies, or just "pure" a crunchy snack.
